Why not just build this myself?

App Attest validation is deceptively tricky: you need to verify Apple's certificate chain, validate the attestation statement CBOR, implement replay protection with challenge nonces, and handle jailbreak/tampering signals correctly. Getting any step wrong silently breaks your security model. We've done this work, kept it current as Apple's spec evolves, and wrapped it in a single SDK call.

Is my data safe?

Device identifiers are hashed before storage — we never retain raw Apple attestation objects after validation. JWTs are short-lived and signed with per-tenant keys. We do not sell or share device data. You can delete all tenant data at any time from the dashboard.

Do you support Android?

Accepted Answer

iOS and macOS only today, using Apple App Attest. Android support (via Play Integrity API) is on our roadmap. If Android is a priority for you, let us know at sales@grantiva.io — demand shapes the schedule.

What counts as a Monthly Active Device (MAD)?

Accepted Answer

A monthly active device (MAD) is a unique device that performs at least one attestation during the billing period. If a device attests multiple times, it only counts once.

Are there overage charges?

Accepted Answer

No. We never charge overages. If you approach your plan's MAD limit, we will notify you so you can upgrade. Your users are never cut off.

Can I change plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my MAD limit?

We will never cut off your users. If you are approaching your plan's MAD limit, we will notify you so you can upgrade. No surprise charges, no overages.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% on all paid plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan gives you 1,000 monthly active devices at no cost with no credit card required. It is production-ready — not a trial — so you can use it as long as you need.

Can I use just feature flags without attestation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All modules are independent. You can use feature flags, feedback, support tickets, or any combination without requiring device attestation.

Can I self-host Grantiva?
